My life as a dog
	A story about a boy who is experiencing more than his share of growing pains. Ingemar lives with his elder brother and sick mother until he is sent away to live with relatives. He keeps his disintegrating family at bay by focusing on larger problems like a railroad disaster in which six people are killed.
